Donations (Love Offerings) - Refunds of any love offerings may be authorized if the request is made within three days of the original date of the donation. This includes Saturdays and Sundays.
Tuition - Cancellation of a course and refund of tuition may be authorized as follows:
Snail mail:
~ 100% refund if requested within 3 days of the original date of order.
~ 75% if the request is made within 15 days and after all of the study material has been returned.
NO REFUNDS AFTER 15 DAYS.
Electronic-Instant download:
~ 75% refund if the request is made within 3 days (24 hours) of from the date of the original order. This includes Saturdays and Sundays.
Transcriptions - Sorry, there are no refunds for transcriptions of messages or lectures.
